NASHVILLE!! if you haven’t been able to get ya hard working hands on Nine Inch Nails tickets may I suggest you attend Not Your Nails instead? I promise you’ll have a good time don’t let the shirt fool you.

On Saturday the guys loaded up the van and we took a trip to Chattanooga! Not Your Nails played at Five Wits Brewing Company which is one hell of a brewery! There is a high rise stage with ample floor space, I could do cartwheels all around. Off to the side in back by the sound booth is there are a couple of rows of risers to sit and high top tables that are roped off to the side you can purchase separately. I don’t know it just was really comfy cozy in there and the staff were great! Doors were at 8pm show was at 9pm. Tickets were $15 in advance and $20 at the door.

The night started with local Dj Hot Damn Dirty. The night started with him spinning a mix of house, goth and industrial to amp up the crowd and get you flapping around the bat cave to dust off those goth dance moves.

Not Your Nails is a 6 man Nashville based tribute band that knows how to have a bad time in a good way. I keep throwing that around because they have a shirt you can purchase that says “I’m here for a bad time.” Anytime is a good time to support anything local and you should definitely grab some merch when you go to see these talented artists.

The crowd was absolutely vibing the entire night singing along and rocking out! That is my absolute favorite part when I’m taking photos or just attending shows. Between the crowd enjoying themselves and the artists pouring themselves on stage is just pure magic.

I would also like to say to any photographers out there especially those just starting out like myself be aware of fog machines. I should’ve know better because I’ve seen Not Your Nails before and KNOW they use a fog machine and I was straight blasted in the face LMAO I immediately lowered myself out of view from the stage and had a good laugh! It’s also very important to be mindful of the crowd behind you, get your shot and move!

Anyway I guess you can say I had a blast🥁 ahh c’mon who doesn’t like mom puns?!

NASHVILLE and friends close and far come enter the void with us Saturday August 1st all proceeds goes to MusiCares. These are my favorite to attend because not only are they straight up a good time filled with amazing people and talented artist but the ticket you purchase helps provide resources to the music community.
